Lisa Vinton is President/CEO and founder of Services for Success, Inc., a business management consulting firm which speacializes in taking the guess work out of business development and management, as well as providing unique solutions to ordinary problems. She has mastered the art of diversity and growth in new , small and medium-sized businesses and is well versed in all areas of business operations. Prior to starting her own company, Lisa served as Chief Operating Officer for a civil engineering firm and developed the structure alongside the owners to grow the business to over $35M per annum within 5 years. She has identified a large need to reach out to the entrepreneurs and women in the business community to strengthen their operations with practical tips and applications required to succeed. She has always had a heart for serving the community and participates in several leadership roles, including founding and directing the Southwest Pregnancy Counseling Center, Inc., a non-profit organization to educate and support teens during a crisis pregnancy. She has served as a surrogate mother twice. While a single mother and working full time, Lisa earned a degree with honors in Business Management and Administration. She is a keynote speaker and certified trainer for business and women's issues. Lisa is also a television Business News Reporter/Analyst, published author and a co-host on her own online talk radio show at Only2degrees.com. Lisa is a proud recipient of Citizen of the Year 2007 from the Murrieta Chamber of Commerce. She is passionate about family, business and community. She and her husband, Scott, are the parents of five children and enjoy traveling, golfing, wine tasting and spending time with family and friends.
